This is no doubt the best Sambal BBQ Fish you will ever find in Kuching. Unlike others which has the watery, unspicy sauce or sambal on the fish. This one is medium spicy with the flavour smoked right into the meat. and furthermore, both sided is very well barbecued. Not over or under cooked. Just right. You can bring your fish there for him to prepare.
This BBQ fish expert used to be at Nanas road, then he moved to behind Riveride Majestic now he settled down at a new location.
